Our Full-Day program is designed to immerse you in your recovery plan with the assistance of Masters-level clinicians and your peers.
You’ll spend your time at Keys with a community of peers and providers, attending group and individual sessions, discussion groups, psychoeducation courses, and workshops to guide you forward. Keys also provides mindfulness and meditation training and the downtime necessary to enjoy the experience.
We offer 12-step sessions and peer-driven discussions that include the active support of licensed, caring, and supportive clinicians. You’ll discover a new world of life-changing skills with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You’ll understand the human side of substance use disorder. Trust us, you’ll enjoy practicing what you learn at Keys.
The Keys facilities also have a recreational area where you can create some healthy fun. Don’t forget the nutritional counseling to help keep your body healthy to match your mind. Recovery is a process and the staff at Keys is here for you all day, every day.
Upon completion of the Full-Day program, you can opt to move into the Half-Day program.
The Half-Day program enables you to start to put your recovery plan into action in the real world and still find the support you need from Keys.
Our Half-Day session gives you all the support of the Full-Day program, but with fewer sessions and more independence. At this point, you are making strides in learning to live fully on your own. The Half-Day program helps to continue your successful recovery gradually.
Use the recreational area, get support from your peers, and continue to learn from your Keys partners in recovery. We support you, and we’ll be there for you.
At Keys Behavioral Health, aftercare planning begins while you’re still in treatment — not after it ends. We work with you throughout your time in our full-day or half-day treatment program to create a personalized plan that supports your transition back into daily life.
Healing doesn’t stop when structured treatment wraps up, which is why we focus on strengthening coping skills, maintaining emotional stability, and building healthy routines that last. With continued 1-on-1 support and regular alumni events to keep you connected, Keys Behavioral Health is here to make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
